I had a frustrating time using the site. I couldn’t find what I was looking for easily, the pages felt slow, and the menu just seemed more confusing than it needed to be. Even checkout took a few tries, which had me thinking, why is this so complicated? Definitely not the smoothest experience for me.

The box showed up crushed, and a little oil had leaked inside. Not the best unboxing experience, honestly 😕

I had to return one item, i was kind of expecting it to be a hassle. The pickup was a little slow, so I did have that moment of, “Okay, is this actually going to happen?” But it did get picked up, and the refund showed up a few days later. So overall, not perfect, but totally fine in the end
